Professional Dispatch Support Built Around Your Operation
FindMyLoad provides professional truck dispatch services designed to help owner-operators and fleets of every size spend less time searching for freight and handling broker communication. We learn your equipment, preferred lanes, operating schedule, and business goals, then search for suitable loads, negotiate with brokers, coordinate dispatch details, and assist with the paperwork required to keep your operation moving.

Who We Serve
Dispatch Support for Independent Trucking Businesses
From first-truck owner-operators to growing fleets, we build dispatch support around how your business actually runs.
Owner-Operators
We help owner-operators search for freight that aligns with their equipment, preferred lanes, home-time needs, and operating goals. Our dispatch team handles broker communication and load coordination while the owner remains in control of every decision.
Fleets
We support fleets of every size that need help coordinating multiple trucks, communicating with drivers, searching for freight, managing load details, and maintaining consistent dispatch operations.
New Authorities
We specialize in new authorities as much as established fleets. Starting a trucking business is hard enough without also being your own dispatcher and paperwork department. We handle that side, from broker communication to route planning, so you can focus on scaling your operation.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to accept every load?+
No. FindMyLoad does not use forced dispatch. You make the final decision before any load is accepted.
Do you guarantee a specific rate?+
No. Freight rates change based on market conditions, equipment, lanes, season, capacity, timing, and broker demand. Our team negotiates and presents available opportunities, but specific rates cannot be guaranteed.
Do you work with new authorities?+
Yes, we specialize in new as well as established authorities. Load access can be more limited early on because some brokers require a minimum authority age, but our goal is to help new authorities build and scale from day one.
Do you dispatch nationwide?+
Yes, we operate in all 48 contiguous states.
Which equipment types do you dispatch?+
Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hotshot, Box Truck, and Power Only.
Can I choose my preferred lanes?+
Yes. Onboarding collects your preferred lanes, operating regions, home-time needs, and any areas you'd like to avoid.
Do you handle broker packets?+
Yes, our dispatch team can assist with completing and submitting commonly required broker setup information using documents you supply.
Do you check brokers?+
We review available broker information and payment indicators to help you avoid clearly unsuitable brokers. This does not eliminate all financial or operational risk.
Who gets paid for the load?+
The broker or shipper pays you or your factoring company according to your agreement with them. FindMyLoad does not receive freight payment on your behalf.
What does dispatch cost?+
5% for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Power Only. 10% for Hotshot and Box Truck. Contact our carrier services team for full details.
Can I start or stop anytime?+
You'll sign a dispatch agreement to work with us dedicatedly, but there's no penalty for stopping as long as any outstanding dues are cleared.
How quickly can I start getting loads?+
As soon as we receive your documents and your MC is active, we can start searching for loads right away.
Does dispatch service replace my legal responsibilities?+
No. You and your drivers remain responsible for safety, legal compliance, hours of service, equipment condition, cargo securement, permits, and operating decisions.
