This content is not guaranteed to be current, complete, or accurate, and should not be relied on as your sole source for operational, financial, legal, tax, or compliance decisions.

Dispatch services

Submitting the dispatch inquiry form does not create a dispatch agreement. Dispatch services are provided only under a separate signed agreement between FindMyLoad and the carrier, and are subject to the terms of that agreement, including pricing, which is not guaranteed by anything published on the Site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content at scale without permission.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, original written content, and branding are owned by FindMyLoad. Third-party content referenced or summarized on the Site (including news summaries) remains the property of its respective source, with attribution provided where applicable.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyLoad is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
